support representative will remotely log on to your desktop
and resolve most service and non-service related issues for you.
Onsite support is also available in the

CNS Remote Support Services are available
to customers with a qualifying subscription and to the public on a
pay-per-credit basis. A monthly allotment of remote
support credit(s) are included in our business online services plans and
all streaming media service plans.
Each credit is valid for 15 minutes of support, with a one credit minimum
per incident. Additional credits can be purchased by CNS subscribers
for $20 each and non CNS subscribers for $30 each. Remote support is
only available for Windows machines. Macintosh support will be
available soon.
Although we will always do our best to resolve your issues
carefully and quickly, there may be cases where a
problem can not be resolved via remote support. No credit refunds will
be given for time spent diagnosing a problem, regardless of the outcome.
We will be happy to schedule an onsite support visit if necessary. No
credits will be charged in cases where we are unable to connect to your
computer due to reasons beyond our control.
Monthly support credits do not
roll over into the next month and can not be used for onsite support.
Paid support credits do not expire and can be exchanged for nationwide
onsite support at even dollar value. Scheduled routine
maintenance is charged 1 support credit per desktop per maintenance
session. Regular technical support is available to CNS subscribers
at no charge by clicking on the life ring in the
CNS customer
control panel.
