CNS offers independent and qualified companies with an established history the opportunity to join us as a reseller.   Resellers are companies that resell CNS online services and in general, are hosting companies themselves.  Resellers often rebrand our online provisioning system and customer control panel to reflect their own company.  However, a reseller does not need  their own datacenter or any hardware.  A a fully automated hosting business can be established with minimal investment through the CNS Reseller program.  Most CNS services can be customized to include the resellers specialized value-added features for their niche markets.

Resellers enjoy access to our Reseller Control Center, with fully automated service provisioning and account billing.  We also provide a WhosOn operator client for the reseller to interact with visitors on their web site.  The reseller is responsible for first-line technical support to their end-subscribers.  Of course, our support is here to support the reseller and for emergency ticket response.

Our RCC includes a basic ticket system.  A premium ticket system, like our own, can be setup for US$300/year or the reseller can setup their own solution.  As our services are branded "Powered by CNS", it is critically important that high customer service and technical standards are maintained.  This is the largest factor considered when evaluating new reseller applications.

CNS Resellers can earn a tiered discount of up to 33% on most services by maintaining minimum commitment levels, and are free to set their own retail prices.  Resellers unable to maintain a minimum $250/month commitment can license our Reseller Control Center (RCC) for a one-time fee of $150.  Resellers can use their own payment gateways to collect subscriber fees through our RCC.  The CNS Reseller Control Center is compatible with many payment gateways, including Paypal, PC Charge, Authorize.NET and much more.

Resellers have several options available to them through our Reseller Control Center.  Most resellers begin by purchasing Plesk Virtual Servers, and provisioning shared web hosting subscribers into Plesk clients & domains on the plesk virtual server.  Resellers can also resell Virtual Private Servers, Virtual Desktops, Media Servers and all CNS enhanced services.  By utilizing our Reseller Control Center, Plesk and Virtuozzo, the Reseller can operate their own fully automated hosting company.  Our value added services, such as Streaming Media, eMail Collaboration, Offsite Backup domain registration services can also be purchased at a tiered discount and resold at a price set by the reseller.
