to resellers without direct end-user support. You, the reseller,
are the primary contact to the end-subscriber. The reseller
trouble ticketing system is included, but you are responsible for your
own first line trouble tickets. Of course, we are here to help you
through our own support channels if you, the reseller, needs support.
