Dedicated DeskNow Server Fee Schedule

Additional disk space can be purchased online at $2/GB/month.  Additional data traffic is billed at $0.03/GB.  After ordering, please refer to our setup instructions located on the lower left hand portion of our support page.  Our 10 & 25 user DeskNow servers, including the free trial, includes a full 30 days of SyncML service at no extra charge.  With SyncML, your users can seamlessly sync contacts, events tasks and calendars between their DeskNow account, Outlook on the desktop, Palm or PocketPC, or their mobile phone - without cables!  Please see the table below for pricing information.

Integration with third party software and devices requires SyncML connector and may require optional software, sold by a 3rd party.  A 30 day trial SyncML subscription is included with our 10 & 25 user DeskNow servers.  Many modern mobile phones support SyncML. SyncML is already supported by most modern mobile phones from Nokia, SonyEricsson, Motorola and others.  Check with your phone manual for SyncML support. If your phone does not support SyncML, then you will need to also purchase the third-party software from a separate company (they also offer a free 30 day trial).  BlackBerry Sync requires a license for each device, currently a one time fee of $15.

DeskNow includes a web page built specifically for hand-held devices.  You can also use IMAP or POP3 to connect to Outlook (or any email client) without purchasing additional software.  One of DeskNow's greatest features is the rich web interface, so you may find yourself no longer using Outlook!  We encourage you to give it a 30 day test drive by taking advantage of our free trial!
