Live events are billed by maximum bandwidth capacity per hour.   The billed hourly is determined from the time the encoder begins transmitting to the time it ends.

Live events are setup much like a webcam, with the production output feeding the Windows Media Encoder.  For more information on what is required to setup a WebCam, please click here.  You can easily add online chat rooms for interactive presentations.
