Our spam filter will
automatically white list anyone you send a message to. A white
list is a list of addresses that will always be allowed to send you
messages. For this reason, please do not respond to spam -
ever! Responding to spam usually only confirms to the spammer
that they have a valid email address. It rarely removes you
from their list.
The best way to handle spam is to
report it and delete it.
To report spam or a false
[SPAM] hit, please forward the message as an attachment to the
mail address listed on the table above. If you are using
the new Outlook toolbar then simply select the message(s) and
click the respective button. When forwarding messages as
attachments, it is usually best to open a new mail message
addressed to the correct reporting address and then drag in all
the messages you are reporting. This will allow you to
easily report multiple messages at the same time.
To add or remove email
addresses from our white list, send a message to the email
address listed on the table above. In the body of the
message, include the addresses to add or remove, each on a
separate line. Remember that anyone you send a message to
will also be automatically white listed for 90 days (from last
message).
