In order to start a remote
support session, you should have already received a remote support
key from CNS Technical Support. A new key is required for
each session. Please
open a support ticket and request remote support if you do not
yet have a support key.

Then...click 'Run'

Then...click 'Run' again

Your firewall may prompt
you to allow the session. If you receive a similiar
warning, click to allow the session. Note that with
many firewalls available, your prompt may not appear exactly
like this example.
